MHC has various cooperation and contracting agreements, and shares consultative bodies with various health care authorities on the ABC and Windward islands and in the Netherlands in order to guarantee the quality of care.

Fundashon Mariadal
Fundashon Mariadal is a health care institution on Bonaire which includes the following services: the hospital “San Francisco Hospital”, the nursing home “Kas di Kuido” and the (home) care center “Sentro di Salú Convent”; together called “Sentro di Kuido Fundashon Mariadal”. The “Sentro di Salú” houses: district nursing, open elderly work, obstetric and maternity care, youth health care and school health care.

GGz Curaçao
The Foundation for Mental Healthcare Curaçao (GGz Curaçao) is – as a mother foundation – responsible for guaranteeing the coherence in care provision of a number of care institutions that are active in the field of mental health care. GGz Curaçao manages and provides support to the General Psychiatric Hospital Foundation, David Ricardo Capriles “Klínika Capriles”, Foundation Center for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry “Yudaboyu”, Fundashon Sonrisa, for protected and assisted living and daytime activity center, and the Facility Services Foundation.

Zorgfederatie
The Federation of Care Institutions Foundation (Zorgfederatie) is a joint venture of institutions for health care and welfare in Curaçao and Bonaire. The aim of the Care Federation is to represent the interests of its members who are active in care.

Fundashon pa Maneho di Adikshon
Fundashon pa Maneho di Adikshon is thé knowledge-center of addiction in Curaçao. FMA also coordinates all subsidized activities related to addiction care in Curaçao. This includes the voluntary treatment of addiction, training and information, and the management of a walk-in center.

The Mental Health Foundation is the second-line mental healthcare provider on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten and has been operational since 2006. Turning point
The Turning Point Foundation is a 24-hour (weekend and public holidays) residential treatment for addiction problems in Sint Maarten. Residents of St. Eustatius and Saba with simple addiction problems can make use of their care offer on a voluntary basis.

Judicial Institution Caribbean Netherlands
The Judicial Institution Caribbean Netherlands carries out custodial sentences and measures on behalf of the Minister of Justice and Security imposed by a court decision. The Bonaire location is both a detention center and a prison for Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.

Public Prosecution Service (OM) BES
The OM stands for a fair deployment of a radical governmental instrument. In the Caribbean Netherlands this is done by the Public Prosecution Service BES. The OM BES naturally focuses on the proper execution of its own tasks, is committed to an integrated approach to safety on the three islands and is constantly professionalizing.

Stichting Reclassering Caribisch Nederland
SRCN is committed to preventing and reducing criminal behavior. We want to positively influence the behavior of perpetrators and suspects and control risks. Society is entitled to that. We advise, supervise, organize behavioral training and supervise the execution of community service. We do this on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.

Fundashon Kuido pa Personanan Desabilita
FKPD is a healthcare foundation for clients with intellectual disabilities of different ages. It houses an activity center, family replacement home (GVT) and organizes daily activities.

Fundashon Cas Bonairiano
FCB is a social service provider in housing the people of Bonaire. The preparation of a service plan together with the client and the support, mediation and promotion of the interests of the client are part of the duties.

Youth Management Board (Directie-Beraad Jeugd)
MHC is a member of the Youth Bonaire Executive Board. The Board also consists of the following organizations: Youth Care and Family Guardianship Caribbean Netherlands (JGCN), the Expertise Center Education Care (EOZ), the Society and Care Directorate of the government Bonaire (OLB), the Guardianship Council and the Center for Youth and Family (CJG).

Youth care and family custody Caribbean Netherlands
Youth care and family custody Caribbean Netherlands (JGCN) is responsible on the BES islands for outpatient care, foster care, residential care and family custody for parents and children with upbringing and developmental problems. Three parts of the JGCN are present on Bonaire: outpatient care, residential care and family custody.

Center for Youth and Family
The Center for Youth and Family (CJG) bears the name ‘Sentro Hubentut i Famia’ and is located in the center of Kralendijk, Bonaire. The CJG is a first point of contact for youth assistance. The CJG consists of two departments: youth health care and upbringing support. Preventive care is being worked on through Centers for Youth and Family and through leisure programs. Curative care is offered for situations in which the development of children is hampered.

Expert Center Education and Care
The task of the Education and Care Expertise Center (EOZ) on Bonaire is to provide support and guidance to pupils and students who are likely to get stuck in education due to learning, social, emotional and / or behavioral problems. This involves providing care in addition to the care that is already provided by school.

Guardianship Council CN (Voogdijraad)
The Guardianship Council CN is consulted or called in if there are serious concerns about the developmental and the situation of upbringing of a child between 0 and 18 years old. The Guardianship Council CN stands up for these children by examining their (family) situation and advising on the best solution for the child. The interests of the child are central to all activities of the Voogdijraad CN.

Government Bodies BES (Openbare lichamen BES)
The government bodies of Saba, St. Eustatius and Bonaire are responsible for tasks in the broad social domain. This includes legal tasks, but especially policy areas in which deepening and implementation must be further developed, particularly in the areas of economic development, poverty reduction, children’s rights and care and welfare.

Project Foundation (Stichting Project)
The orthopedagogic center Stichting Project guides and treats young people with an attachment problem or an attachment disorder. This includes ‘Kas di Karko’ and the Long Stay home. Kas di Karko is the name of a home where young people live and stay for whom it is not possible to live in a (foster) family.

Kas pa Hoben ku Futuro (Rosa di Sharon)
The Rosa di Sharon health care institution in Bonaire offers a 24-hour recovery support for underprivileged girls with behavioral problems, aged 14 to 20 years, based on a Christian belief in a protective housing facility, Kas pa Hoben ku Futuro (KHF) also offers pedagogical family counseling.
