President:

Dr. Jurenne D. Hooi was the executive director of MaDi in Amsterdam until 1 April 2018, and the founder of the Customer-driven Service MaDi and the successful method ‘Pop Up Your Life !‘. She is a generalist with a broad experience in the fields of management, innovation and research. She is known as a team player, connector and builder with an extensive network. In addition she has a good and analytical vision on complex issues and provides practical solutions for them. In her work she is performance-oriented and comes up with solutions without losing sight of the political and administrative relations. She speaks in public regularly and intrigues her audience with her enthusiastic attitude and quality of content.

Members of the Supervisory Board:

Don Olthof (1957) is a cultural psychologist and program chairman Appropriate Care,  Mental Health Care and Addiction Services (Zinnige Zorg, GGZ) at the National Health Care Institute the Netherlands. Until 2017 he had been chairman of the board at IrisZorg, an institute for Mental Health Care, Addiction Services and Social Care in the provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel. Within this position he occupied several regional and national positions such as the chairmanship of the SPON foundation (institute for postgraduate education for health and clinical psychologists, and psychotherapists at the Radboud University of Nijmegen) and of the foundation Scoring Results (Stichting Resultaten Scoren), national centre of expertise for addiction care. He is the chairman of the foundation and lecturer at the Top Opleidingsplaatsen Master in Addiction Medicine (MIAM).

Theo de Kool (1964) is a business economist and register accountant. He has lived in Aruba since 1994 where he has held several financial management positions. He was among other things the Chief Financial Officer of the Aruba Airport Authority N.V. and Interim Controller of the Executive body: the General Healthcare insurance (AZV). Since 2010 he has been a member of the board of directors of the Dr Horacio E. Oduber Hospital in Aruba, responsible for the portfolio for business operations. In this position he is the co-initiator for founding the integrated diabetes care and a procedure to harmonise the information systems of the Aruban healthcare to facilitate the sharing of patient information. He is solution-oriented, pragmatic and honourable with a particular focus on the safeguarding of good governance in a social organization within a small-scale community.
