We do this especially in the form of (intensive) outpatient care, and only admit patients to PAAZ in Aruba, Sint Maarten or Curaçao in cases of great urgency. MHC works from 2 teams, one team for Saba and St. Eustatius and one team for Bonaire. In addition to adult outpatient care, MHC offers support and care to children and adolescents, day treatment, forensic care and supervised housing.

MHC employs various disciplines such as psychiatric nurses, social psychiatric nurses, (child and adolescent) psychologists, (child and adolescent) psychiatrists, social workers, activity supervisors, sheltered housing supervisors, prevention workers and forensic care employees. MHC is a separate foundation with its registered office on Bonaire.
